# The Child Arrangements Order (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 2: Amendment of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987


In paragraph 25(1)(c) of Schedule 9 to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings), for “residence” substitute “child arrangements”.
