# The Child Arrangements Order (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 26: Amendment to the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Default Scheme) (Wales) Regulations 2013


In paragraph 30(1)(b) of Schedule 7 to the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Default Scheme) (Wales) Regulations 2013 (sums disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings: persons who are not pensioners), for “residence” substitute “child arrangements”.
