# The Child Arrangements Order (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 6: Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996


In paragraph 26(1)(c) of Schedule 7 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings), for “residence” substitute “child arrangements”.
