SOCIAL SECURITY

Laid before Parliament 23rd September 1991

Coming into force 14th October 1991

Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 3(3), 22(1)(b) and 24(1) of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to, the Child Benefit Act 1975^f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to it^f2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
