# The Child Benefit (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 3: The Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006


In regulation 1(3) (interpretation), in the definition of “advanced education”, in sub-paragraph (a), after “a diploma of higher education,” insert “a higher national certificate,”.
