# The Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006, Regulation 26: Application of regulation 28 where person in Great Britain


Where a person who is in Great Britain is treated as being in Northern Ireland in accordance with regulation 28, he is treated as not being in Great Britain for the purposes of section 146 of SSCBA.
