  "text": "In section 64(3)(a) of the Health Services and Public Health Act 1968 there shall be added at the end the following paragraph—\n“(xix) the Child Care Act 1980 except so far as it relates to any voluntary home designated as mentioned in section 35(1) of that Act as a controlled or assisted community home”.",
