  "text": "In section 26(3) of the said Act of 1969 the words “and in section 27(4) the words from “and if” onwards” shall be omitted and for the words “section 13(2) of the Children Act 1948” there shall be substituted the words “ section 21(2) of the Child Care Act 1980 ”.",
