# Child Care Act 1980 (repealed 14.10.1991), Paragraph 5

Extent: E+W

In section 56(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952 after paragraph (m) there shall be added the following paragraph—
“(n) section 47, 49 or 50 of the Child Care Act 1980 ;”.
