# Child Care Act 1980 (repealed 14.10.1991), Section 41: Controlled and assisted community homes exempted from certain provisions of Part VI.

Extent: E+W

While a voluntary home is a controlled or assisted community home, sections 57 to 60 of this Act shall not apply in relation to it.
