# Child Maintenance Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, Section 38: Minor and consequential amendments

Extent: N.I.

(1) Schedule 4 (which makes minor and consequential amendments) has effect.
(2) The Department may by regulations make provision consequential on this Act amending, repealing or revoking any statutory provision.
