# The Child Measurement Programme (Wales) Regulations 2011, Regulation 8: Guidance


Any person who is exercising functions in relation to any weighing or measuring to which these Regulations apply or in relation to information resulting from such weighing and measuring must have regard to any guidance given from time to time by the Welsh Ministers.
