# The Child Minding and Day Care (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
These Regulations amend the Child Minding and Day Care (Wales) Regulations 2002 to make it a requirement that in certain circumstances the registered person in respect of the provision of day care must appoint a person to be in charge of the provision. This person must meet specified requirements as to their suitability.
