# The Child Minding and Day Care Exceptions (Revocation and Transitional Provision) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2026, Article 1: Title and coming into force


(1) The title of this Order is the Child Minding and Day Care Exceptions (Revocation and Transitional Provision) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2026.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1 April 2027, immediately after the Child Minding and Day Care Exceptions (Revocation and Transitional Provision) (Wales) Order 2026 comes into force.
