# The Child Minding and Day Care Exceptions (Revocation and Transitional Provision) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2026, Article 4: Insertion of Part 5 and the Schedule


(1) After Part 4 insert—
“Part 5
Consequential Amendments
Consequential amendments
23 The Schedule contains amendments consequential upon the coming into force of this Order.”
(2) At the end of the Order insert the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
