Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)

The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(4) and (5) and 74(2)(c) of the Children and Families (Wales) Measure 2010^f1 (“the Measure”).

In accordance with the Senedd approval procedure applied by section 74(5) of the Measure, a draft of this Welsh statutory instrument was laid before, and approved by resolution of, Senedd Cymru ^f2.
