  "text": "(1) A person does not provide day care where the person provides care at a school to a child who has attained the age of 3 and the care provided is incidental to the provision of education.\n(2) In this article, “school” means—\n(a) a maintained school within the meaning of section 39 of the Education Act 2002, or\n(b) an independent school.",
