  "text": "(1) This section and sections 14 and 17 come into force on the day after Royal Assent.\n(2) Section 8 (and the schedule) come into force on 1 July 2019.\n(3) The other provisions of this Act come into force at the end of the period of 2 months beginning with the day of Royal Assent.",
