  "text": "CONSUMER PROTECTION\nMade 21st June 1993\nLaid before Parliament 22nd June 1993\nComing into force 16th July 1993\nThe Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 having consulted such organisations as appear to him to be representative of interests substantially affected by these Regulations, such other persons as he considers appropriate and the Health and Safety Commission, hereby makes the following Regulations:–",
