  "text": "The date appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Child Support Act 1991 is 1st September 1992—\nSection 13 (Child Support Officers);\nSection 21(1) and (4) and Schedule 3 (Child Support Appeal Tribunals) in so far as they are not already in force;\nSection 22(1), (2) and (5) and Schedule 4 (Child Support Commissioners);\nSection 23 (Child Support Commissioners for Northern Ireland);\nSection 24(9) (Appeal to Child Support Commissioner);\nParagraphs 1 to 4 of Schedule 5 and section 58(13) so far as it relates to those paragraphs (Consequential Amendments).",
