Article 2 Amendment of section 20ZA of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978
In subsection (8) of section 20ZA of the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978f1, for the words “under paragraph (c) or (d)” there shall be substituted the words “under paragraph (c), (cc) or (d)”.
