  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force certain provisions of the Child Support Act 1995. The commencement dates are—\n(a) 4th September 1995 for the provisions listed in Part I of the Schedule to the Order;\n(b) 1st October 1995 for the provisions listed in Part II of the Schedule to the Order.",
