This Order brings into force certain provisions of the Child Support Act 1995. The commencement dates are—

(a)

18th December 1995 for the provisions listed in Part I of the Schedule to the Order;

(b)

22nd January 1996 for the provisions listed in Part II of the Schedule to the Order.
