# Child Support Act 1995, Introduction: Introductory text


An Act to make provision with respect to child support maintenance and other maintenance; and to provide for a child maintenance bonus.

Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by any with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
