# The Child Support and Income Support (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 2 of the Appeals Regulations


After paragraph (2) of regulation 2 of the Appeals Regulation (Service of notices or documents) there shall be added the following paragraph —
“(3) The provisions of paragraph (2) shall apply to a summons or a citation issued under regulation 10.”.
