CHILD SUPPORT

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(10)(a), 7(10)(a) and 54 of the Child Support Act 1991^f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
