Part 3A provides for regular deduction orders under section 32A of the Child Support Act 1991 (c. 48) (“the Act”) and lump sum deduction orders under sections 32E and 32F of that Act which were inserted into that Act by sections 22 and 23 of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (c. 6) (“the 2008 Act”).",
