# The Child Support Commissioners (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 2


After regulation 1(3), there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—
“(4) In these Regulations, for the purposes of any proceedings relating to an application for a departure direction which has been decided by an appeal tribunal under section 28D(1)(b) of the Act, the term ‘party to the proceedings’ shall include the Secretary of State.”.
