# The Child Support Commissioners (Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 4


Regulation 3(4) shall be amended by substituting, for the words “a child support officer he”, the words “a child support officer or by the Secretary of State under section 24(1A) of the Act, the child support officer or the Secretary of State, as the case may be,”.
