The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(3), 24(6) and (7), and 25(2), (3) and (5) of the Child Support Act 1991^f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Lord Advocate and, in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992^f2, with the Council on Tribunals, hereby makes the following Regulations:
