# The Child Support Commissioners (Procedure) Regulations 1992, Regulation 8: Acknowledgement of a notice of appeal and notification to each respondent


There shall be sent by the office of the Child Support Commissioners—
(a) to the appellant, an acknowledgement of the receipt of the notice of appeal; and
(b) to each respondent, a copy of the notice of appeal.
