# The Child Support (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2001, Regulation 8: Amendment of the Maintenance Payments Regulations


In regulation 2(a)(ii) of the Maintenance Payments Regulations, for the word “assessment” there shall be substituted “ calculation ”.
