# The Child Support (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2008, Regulation 5: Child Support (Voluntary Payments) Regulations 2000


In regulation 1(2) of the Child Support (Voluntary Payments) Regulations 2000, in the definition of “relevant person”, omit “or has been treated as applied for, under section 6(3) of the Act,”.
