# The Child Support (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2008, Regulation 8: Child Support (Variations) Regulations 2000


(1) The Child Support (Variations) Regulations 2000 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 19(1)(a) omit “or treated as applied for”.
(3) In regulation 20(1)(a) and (2), omit “or treated as applied for” in both places it occurs.
