# The Child Support Information Regulations 2008, Regulation 11: Powers of inspectors in relation to Crown premises


Subject to Her Majesty not being in residence, an inspector appointed under section 15 of the 1991 Act may enter any Crown premises for the purposes of exercising any powers conferred by that section.
