  "text": "The reduced rate is an amount calculated as follows—\nF + ( A × T )where—\nF is the flat rate liability applicable to the non-resident parent;\nA is the amount of the non-resident parent's gross weekly income between £100 and £200; and\nT is the percentage determined in accordance with the following Table—\nNumber of relevant other children of the non-resident parent\nT (%)\n1 qualifying child of the non-resident parent\n0\n17.0\n1\n14.1\n2\n13.2\n3 or more\n12.4\n2 qualifying children of the non-resident parent\n0\n25.0\n1\n21.2\n2\n19.9\n3 or more\n18.9\n3 or more qualifying children of the non-resident parent\n0\n31.0\n1\n26.4\n2\n24.9\n3 or more\n23.8",
