  "text": "The following amounts shall be disregarded when calculating the net weekly income of the non-resident parent—\n(a) where a payment is made in a currency other than sterling, an amount equal to any banking charge or commission payable in converting that payment to sterling;\n(b) any amount payable in a country outside the United Kingdom where there is a prohibition against the transfer to the United Kingdom of that amount.",
