Laid before Parliament 26th January 1995
Coming into force 16th February 1995
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(1), 16(5), 51 and 52 of, and paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to, the Child Support Act 1991and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:
