# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 8 of the Collection and Enforcement Regulations


In the definition of “interim maintenance assessment" in paragraph (1) of regulation 8 of the Collection and Enforcement Regulations (interpretation), for the words “regulation 8(1B)" there shall be substituted the words “regulation 8(3)".
