  "heading": "Amendment of regulation 17 of the Departure Direction Regulations",
  "text": "(1) Regulation 17 of the Departure Direction Regulations (pre-1993 financial commitments) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.\n(2) In paragraph (1)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for the words “a court order or” there shall be substituted the words “a maintenance order or a written” and the word “and” at the end shall be omitted;\n(b) after sub-paragraph (a), there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(aa) at least one of the children referred to in sub-paragraph (a) is a child in respect of whom the current assessment was made; and”.\n(3) Paragraph (2) shall be omitted.",
