# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulation 1 of the Appeal Regulations

In paragraph (2) of regulation 1 of the Appeal Regulations (citation, commencement and interpretation)—
(a) the definition of “Central Office” shall be omitted;
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (dd) in the definition of “party to the proceedings”, there shall be added the words “or to a referral”.
