# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998, Regulation 20: Amendment of regulation 37 of the Departure Direction Regulations

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Regulation 37 of the Departure Direction Regulations (effect of a departure direction in respect of special expenses—exempt income), shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (1), after the words “shall be increased by” there shall be inserted the words “the amount specified in that departure direction being the whole or part of”.
(3) In paragraph (4), for the words “repayment of” there shall be substituted the words “the whole or part of the amount required to repay”.
