# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998, Regulation 37: Amendment of regulation 9 of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations

In paragraph (14) of regulation 9 of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations (cancellation of an interim maintenance assessment), for the words “on which the cancelled interim maintenance assessment ceased to have effect” there shall be substituted the words “set by the child support officer under paragraph (12) on which the cancellation referred to in that paragraph took effect”.
