# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 5 of the Appeal Regulations

In paragraph (1) of regulation 5 of the Appeal Regulations (directions), after the words “and may” there shall be inserted the words “,subject to paragraph (3),”.
