# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998, Regulation 40: Amendment of regulation 30A of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations

In paragraph (3) of regulation 30A of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations (effective dates of new maintenance assessments in particular cases), for the words “child support officer” there shall be substituted the words “Secretary of State”.
