# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998, Regulation 43: Amendment of regulation 2 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations

In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations (calculation or estimation of amounts), for the words “falls to be taken into account for the purposes of these Regulations” there shall be substituted the words “is to be considered in connection with any calculation made under these Regulations”.
