# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998, Regulation 44: Amendment of regulation 3 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations

Extent: E+W+S

For sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (1) of regulation 3 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations (calculation of AG) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
“(c) an amount equal to the amount specified in paragraph 3(1)(b) of the relevant Schedule.”.
