  "heading": "Further amendment of regulation 9 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations",
  "text": "(1) Regulation 9 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations shall be further amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.\n(2) In paragraph (1)—\n(a) sub-paragraph (c) shall be omitted;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (f), the words “but he is not a parent to whom sub-paragraph (c) applies” shall be omitted.\n(3) In paragraph (2)(c)(iv) after “paragraph 3” there shall be inserted “(1)”.",
