# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998, Regulation 49: Further amendment of regulation 11 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Regulation 11 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations shall be further amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a) sub-paragraph (c) shall be omitted;
(b) in sub-paragraph (f), the words “but he is not a parent to whom sub-paragraph (c) applies” shall be omitted.
(3) In paragraph (3), for the words “sub-paragraphs (c) or (f)” there shall be substituted the words “sub-paragraph (f)”.
