# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998, Regulation 9: Amendment of regulation 11 of the Departure Direction Regulations

In regulation 11 of the Departure Direction Regulations (departure application and review under section 17 of the Act), for the words “of the Act is” there shall be substituted the words “of the Act would be”.
